All orders will be shipped via the shipping method chosen by the customer. Due to some state's strict shipping regulations, we may be unable to ship to you directly; please check your state's regulations. We recommend shipping via Expedited Shipping during warmer weather. During extreme heat we reserve the right to hold orders until cooler weather prevails in order to preserve the quality of the wine and ensure that it arrives to you in premium condition. Wine shipments resume as soon as the weather becomes cooler. While we attempt to monitor applicable weather conditions, we cannot control them and, notwithstanding any other statement herein, we make no warranty or representation as to what the conditions will be when the wine is shipped. We are not responsible for, and will not replace, wine that is damaged by weather or other conditions which arise during shipping. By placing an order you are accepting the responsibility for that shipment through whatever weather or other conditions may occur during that shipment. To ensure proper delivery, we recommend that orders be sent to a business address where sober adult (over 21 years of age) is available to sign for the order. Regardless of shipping destination one must be 21 years of age or older to order or receive alcoholic beverages from Triple Seven Cellars.
